KATHARÓS Kréma combines niacinamide, N-acetyl glucosamine, Lactobacillus ferment lysate, targeted botanical complexes, bakuchiol, and Zinc PCA with an unusually rich botanical foundation: 50% of the formula is a house-prepared herbal water extract made from white willow bark, sprouted oat, green tea, astragalus, calendula, licorice root, chamomile, gotu kola, plantain, elderberry, thyme, and oregano.

Rather than approaching blemish-prone skin through aggressive drying and repeated exfoliation, this treatment cream addresses multiple signs of imbalance at once—including excess oil, congestion, enlarged-looking pores, uneven texture, post-blemish discoloration, dehydration, and barrier stress.

A lightweight lipid blend of grapeseed, hemp, jojoba, and rosehip oils replenishes without heaviness, while aloe, panthenol, NAG, and Lactobacillus ferment lysate provide hydration and barrier support.
